if a significant proportion of holders adopt the strategy of selling their holdings post the record date and fully apply for the RI to derisk their position in case the RI might fail, then this may have the effect of underpinning the RI.

On the down side is the risk that if this strategy drives the SP down below say 19 cents, holders may be reluctant to take up their rights so the strategy may end up causing the whole thing to fall apart. I hope that isn't what is happening at the moment.

I'm not comfortable with the SP being below 20 cents.
