    You also see the cross trades after close, probably tidying up the paper work and portfolios.

    You can tell the professionals in the sand pit as their orders all disappear an hour or two after the close as they clear their screens and it is only the orders from us retail shareholders left on the screen. You can see the large spread now where they have hoovered up everything below about 7.50, they are trying to entice nervous sellers into the market by knock the price down. Now we are an ASX200 company we'll probably see a bit more / lot more of what looks like useless trading and larger volumes as the boys ( and girls) sell to themselves. Gone are the days of 50,000 - 100,000 turnover per day and if you wanted to buy you had to step up 10 - 20 cents or if you wanted to sell drop-down, now there will be so many orders on screen that you just take or give what's on offer or place an order and wait for it to crawl up or crawl down to your order.
