My understanding is that they were still awaiting formal approval to mine Crista and build the road when all fell apart.
I also though that the Co was considering taking legal advice/action against the Government department involved because it seems that they didn't have the legal/constitutional authority to act in the matter in the first place which caused a lot of delays for the Co to get crista on the map/production, which ultimately led to the companys down fall. Would be nice if the Co could expand on this issue as I think the Co could use this legal issue to recoupe significant funds for the Brazilian Mundo Co failure. This Co could be worth a whole lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ if this issue is correct and dealt with by proper legal eagles in Brazil.
