    VTI has been and will always be a BS stock. Each time they suck new investors in, the directors issue themselves script and exchange it on the market for paper. The reason VTI will never get anywhere is because of the unscrupulousness of the directors - investors stand no chance; forget about the product, SP has nothing to do with it.
