In the UK VTI continue heading Sth & are now around A$ 30-33c. The reason for moving to UK domicile was purportedly because their advisors reckoned they could more easily raise capital once Aussie identity was jettisoned. I suspect the advisors were referring to the identity of Exec Directors rather than company domicile! Anyhow they don't seem to have raised anything yet. So the domicile shift along with delisting on ASX has been an expensive, irrelevant, inconvenient folly for shareholders that demonstrates the incompetence all along at the top & a Board lacking any depth.

A search on the major shareholder reveals a bird of a feather with B1/B2!
