“Amazed” isn't the word Id use.... more like “disgusted”. Has anyone looked into the backgrounds and previous performance of the Chinese appointed board? (All appointed internally from China via the major shareholder) Not for professional mining expertise as none of them have any.. mostly lawyers and a banker.... that's useful for an exploration mining company to have at the helm!..... Ask the East European fish or fisherman what they think of one of them! Or the history of the major shareholders founding ex-chairman? Good investing means thorough research, previous performance and activities are legitimate points of that research. You can’t tell me there aren't strings being pulled on the puppets at TAM from Honkers.
All the talk here of the market this, the market that, what will the company do, drill results are good, drill results are bad, the SP is up a .9999999c, how long will the cash flow last …. blah blah blah..... you don't get it do you?? the major shareholder has a 5 bill MC, they're behavior has gone unchecked as Australia's regulatory bodies are a toothless Tiger (they don't even have bad breath or a scary face to go BOO with!) it’s over.... “normal” company activity can’t be analyzed as an indicator things will get better (or anything) as its irrelevant. Total ownership is the aim. Nothing else in between means anything.
With 5 bill in your war chest what does it matter that you paid out 6-7 mill for worker redundancies when it wasn't required, you paid 49k a month for a plush West Perth office to house the 4 remaining workers and exploration crews passing through, sacked the entire owner operator underground exploration drill crew, then get contractors in to drill Kavanagh while Tams own 3 drill rigs sat rusting on the surface at Coyote, be in that much of a hurry to get the work force off site and in doing so leave behind ore that was ready to extract after spending money to develop to it.
And now running a care and maintenance site which can be sat on for a 1000 1000 years if need be. Their resources will outlast all others. They can wait it out until all of you have conceded and sold out. The only thing that will be a thorn in the plans for total domination (not just majority). Don't sell what you have out of principle. “Principle” … that’s a dirty swear word at the SSE
