You are right but if you live in perfect world , everybody wants deal which suit them, even we want, shares at our own price not at current price lol. I believe , gda has made good deal, as nobody going to give them money to develop this asset, specially at this sp , no way. Can you find any deal at current environment which seems perfect for SH. . Too much nativity around.
