I don't know all the nitty gritty rules. But I believe it is filled, since the shares move in half cent increments there isn't a "gap" anymore. Also it bounced off 1.455 very quickly and closed higher.
The shares had gaped up from a 1.45 close on 27/02/2019 to 1.59 low on 28/02/2019. Creating the "gap" people are referring to.
