i suggest investors take a trip to lower north shore, eastern creek etc, you will gain confidence while seeing increasing trucks on road, hardworking staffs and large landfills. if you only like to sit on the computer or phones, take a look at the infrastructure contract on hands, possible rate cut in the future and continue population growth in Vic and NSW. i would pick up more once it hits 1.45 or lower.
