As I've mentioned previously, it's due 23/9/09.
Given the level of detail KEY are going to I'd rather see it a few days late to iron out the finer details.
One of the things they were negotiating was an option to extend the lease on the Lidsey land from which drilling occurs. What good to KEY if they buy the assets only to be unable to drill as they have no land access to do so.
