Some folks may not realise just what is involved in the M&A process. There are usually many changes along the way and delays are quite typical. I have seen legal docs changed up until minutes before the deal is completed.

Lots of work, very complex and time consuming. As you say better to do it slow and do it right! It's the end result that really matters.
