OR someone get's a bit nervous about the market and sells out his stash, hoping to get in lower... It should close above 15, no doubt, especially with the surge of announcements expected this quarter; UK Deal, results of 2D (estimation kiliwani north reserve potential), finalization of Italy permits, new from Suriname after drilling those 15 wells.... Seems just a tad silly to sell imo
