Hi Jarooke
FGR main focus is Graphene, not graphite. Graphene is worth around $100k+ per tonne,
FGR have 2 methods to manufacturing graphene,
electrochemical - that use the Sri Lankan Graphite feed - this is the highest quality graphene, 99.87% Carbon
The second method is Vortex Fluidic Device - VFD that can convert any flake graphite into Graphene / Graphene Oxide. VFD has a huge range of uses out side of graphene, medical, Biodiesel, improvement in solar cell performance, ect.
FGR are currently commissioning a 90-100 tpa (one of the worlds largest) Graphene production facility in WA total cost $1mil, the electrochem cells can be installed at the end users factory for just in time production,
1 m3 of Graphene weighs around 10kgs
FGR have 39,500 ha of exploration area in Sri Lanka, 20 mine sites have already been earmarked for future production, 3 shafts are currently under development,
They are also commercialising a supercapacitor that has 3 x more energy storage compared to the current market leaders Skeleton Technologies (using a water based electrolyte) currently testing the SC with an Ionic liquid electrolyte
FGR are also Developing smart cements using Graphene, Fire Retardants, conductive inks (to replace copper) ect.
