I hate to burst that bubble, but you cannot put a terminal value on a mining company because they don’t last into perpetuity.
note that the terminal value in the calculation is the majority of the valuation.
I would run NST out 10 years with growth and a further 10 in decline to get a fair value. That is how mining companies work.
