how does that work in communist china?
Do "they" allow another IOC, BG, to go ahead and out trump them on a bid for a Arrow, and then in the next breath, buy gas from them?
BG already has a tie-up with CNOOC.
I would be surprised to see BG enter the fray for these reasons.
Happy to hear policy or cited examples of free market competition where the Chinese oil companies have competed to change my views....
