what does this company do???

    I really don't understand this company. I look at their books and announcements with wonder...I think it buys energy and then resells it to its customers???

    I do like the fact its paying a dividend and that growth is expected to improve. (And they mentioned something like 8% compounded???)

    Is there any holders out there that have more on this company?
