I wouldn't suggest tax selling is done completely yet my friend, there still will be some letting go to offset.
I agree with you though re price.....5 cents by end of the year subject to announcements of course is a reasonable assessement. If they can get the cr out of the way early enough and commence with drilling to bring on the results quickly then the 5 cents will come because I can't see the results being poor near COB especially as the ground is hot and due dilligence would have been done before the aquisition.
Looking for 1.6-2.2 before the 3rd permit is given as this is the one everyone will be interested in so arial survey can commence along the the geo to perform their works.
