Everyone has their own way working out price fluctuations when they are of a large range...to me it appears like a dump...maybe some one who bought in the 20cent region...it appears that they have sold against market forces and market fundamentals...if they have the stock will rise again...Wiersma,the No 2 on the top 20s shareholders bought 800,000 between 38 to 45 cents early in October...that is good enough for me.
