From what I can gather the management of this company know very very little about how to operate profitably in their industry.

I have worked in the field and this company doesn't seem to take any of the measures necessary to survive the inevitable and frequent downturns in the market.

The commercial scale renewable energy/ energy efficiency space requires either being so huge that you can afford to bleed money or being so small and flexible that you don't bleed money when there you don't have profitable opportunities.

CBD fails on both counts (based on the look I had at it some time ago).

Can't possibly imagine why anyone would give them money, you can get better returns in a 0% interest bank account I think.
