I reckon you are right . except I never accepted the HC hype that it was a sure fire multibagger in the short term ... I invested because I considered, despite past burps, ( understandable but not pleasant ) the management was truly competent AND there were major stakeholder(s) that were quite astute... although these self same investors have in the past made some not so good calls ( its called risk reward and no certainties with all coloured swans possible.. but if you stick with the best odds and interpreted info available its a lot better than being all over the place and "confused")

Now that ADE has guaranteed $$ in the kitty it does not really need SNE unless the terms are good for all concerned. ADE does not have to do anything that is not in the interest of its management and non BPT stakeholders ...presumably that includes punters / investors like you and me. I remain reaonably convinced that it will be Win/Win.
