Is that official @gassed or just "according to sources" reporting?
OPEC August (total) output ~33.24 MmBOPD .... so that is cut by any other name. If so who will be reducing and who will be increasing (for their fair share only of course).
Nice spike in oil price .... but is it sustainable longer term ... do we have to wait again till Nov 30 to see if this "accord" is broken or confirmed or something entirely different.
