For what he is paid I expect him to be focused on his job(s) not off doing some cheesy sales pitch to wannabe property investors. He can starting with cutting back on the red cordial and narcissism and then work on shrinking the ego matched with learning to keep his mouth shut.
Perhaps the faster he moves on the better (from both YBR and TZL at least), slick sales evangelism might be his calling...Halleluyah!
