I agree with your comments that they pay too much money to their management, if you do not see it that way please check how much they spend in salaries.

This is a company with a couple of million dollars in revenue per year and their MD takes around half a million of dollars in salary.

that means any margin will be gone with those salaries, even the margin from the last two BIG orders will not cover their salaries.

I would like to see a salary review, before investing on this sp.
