offer from NCM was 1 NCM share for every 9 LGL share plus .225 cents per LGL share in cash.
therefore -
divide the number of shares you own of LGL by 9 , then multiply that number by the current NCM share price ($35.63) , then multiply number of shares in LGL by .225 cents - add both totals .
Then divide your original number of LGL shares by that total figure - it will equal approx. $4.18
