In another surprising development which occurred this morning, ASF Group has made a second takeover bid, an on-market bid for all ActivEX shares at 1.5 cents per share. This on-market
bid is to cover both existing shares on issue plus entitlement shares which are issued to eligible shareholders pursuant to the exercise of entitlements.
