Few things for me. ASF want AIV real bad and they know the value of the assets are substantially more than 2c otherwise why would you be interested. Also ASF have board seat and have this knowledge. And I thought the 249d is illegal as ASF are the party that has a take-over bid in place and therefore cannot initiate a 249d whilst takeover on offer.
AIV shareholders are being held to ransome here...
