    With regards to the transaction with AOE - One of the key offer conditions (page 2)-
    S&P/ASX 200 not closing below 3070 on any three consecutive trading days.

    I hate to sound like a doomsdayer but it's still sometime away so I took the money and ran as end of year quarterlies particularly no doubt bad US information will be out before the Feb 2009 date!!
