e_j had the first 6 numbers of the posters' IPs, just like everybody has.

He then simply made up the rest of the numbers in each 'supposed' IP. They are complete rubbish.

e_j should be very careful. He has just falsified information and then he has used it to flame.

He is very close to disappearing from all the forums.
