So Cobalt Share Holders: Summary points:
- The largest share holder of Cobalt Energy Capital "Strat Plan", all seems OK (Would be nice to know who the directors)
- Most don't appear to be registered for GST which would be an issue for them and ATO
- A few based on this seach seem very questionable in my view as they appear to have been dissolved some time ago.
- A few of the registration times would seem to highlight further investigation
- I think what this sheds light on and seems to be ASX's direction with their line of questions, what "due diligence" did VIC management do regarding the ownership of Cobalt Energy as a basic search would raise questions? It would appear very little. Which reflects on their governance framework/processes. What is their liability here???? I don't know corporate law, but it doesn't reflect well on their processes which could explain recent management changes!!! OH WELL lets see if this is taken further.
