If shell drop their offer this week im coming round.
If the instos were buying on behalf of Shell and the share price then dropped after a failed offer then wouldnt things get messy for the instos, shell and the regulators?
It is a risky game if they need the 90% as mentioned previously. (can anyone confirm the 90% level)
This is why I think the instos are in because they see some value.
