Everything appears so grim and final - would one of you learned gentlemen/ gentleladies please enlighten this little wood-duck as to why all parties involved would be going through this big charade to prolong the inevitable? Surely CBA/ Magna/ CCU and other interested parties feel it is the best interests of all to ensure CCU survives?

I take on board all the comments posted and know there is a real likelyhood I will lose my investment but it seems illogical CCU would be allowed to continue on hopelessly 'insolvent'.
