IGR is tracking SLR SP, so I would say if there was another offer it is not just for IGR, but both companies, as a unit. (eg NCM swallowing a med- sized producer)
IF IGR SP starts to split from SLR SP, then something might be happening.
I think it is just the realization that both companies have had their share prices beaten down too far, given the assets each have, with the advertising of the merger (?)
