It's far from over. They are not trying to take it away from us - just trying to delay us from starting. There is a difference there. ie no-one is claiming that it is not our legal right to be there. We just need to find a way to safely commence a small mining operation - which is obviously what we are trying to do. Just have to have some faith that behind the scenes this is being worked out, albeit slowly (can never expect a quick solution to these things in West Papua).

As long as MLI is ok we have enough funds until the end of year. Plenty of time remaining. Patience is needed. Frustrating yes, but it's still positive in my opinion.
