I think existing holders and people who are thinking about trading PRE need to think very seriously about the ramifications of a capital reconstruction. No one will know what is intended in this area. What we do know is the detail of the resource and that cant be taken away unless PRE goes broke and that is highly unlikely IMO.
I think i will be waiting for news if and when management decide to bite the bullet before entering the PRE register.
