Looking at the EBITDA FOR PRESENTATION FOR FULL YEAR RESULTS for the past three years, one finds that this year is distinctly horrible. the dividend policy was reworded in the last presentation to indicate that there was already knowledge that times were going to be tough.
They noted that the 80-90% of NPAT divvys was reworded to read that it would all depend (my words) on the EBITDA...and that has fallen dramatically.
In fact it is going to be lower than 3 years ago. so expect a divvy (if at all) of less than three years ago.

But that doesn't mean the company is going out of business.
