Ash, I am by nature not a bottom trawler and from a personal point of view am no longer interested in the remnants of AHY. Just too much bad news over too long a period. and thought I had done well when it went fairly quickly to $2.20. I took my eye off the ball and it fell fairly quickly to below my buy price. I resolved to get out after being battered about the head a numbeer of times with profit downgrades and excuses of poor performance.
Having said that, have you had a look at the price of ECX and the drop today on relatively mild ngative news, but still having a profit increase ? They own Grays auctions which has had a downturn in turnover due to the strength of the economy in that area.
Im too old to learn to catch falling knives and besides (to mix metaphors) there are lots more fish in the sea !
