what am i missing

Came across PDZ in my searches.

Before I jump in I am curious as to why this company is apparently lagging in price (seems more than general market sentiment)

I note the following:

1. Very prospective tenements (Poland Coal)
100% owned
Drilling underway, Scoping study expected to commence this month.

2. Maiden Resource of 1.6 Billion Tonnes of high quality coal (ASX Ann 14 Feb)

3. Only 115 million shares on issue.

4. Around 50% of shares held by top 20.

5. $7 million in cash held. (raised $6 mill in April at 50 cents per share)

6. 10 million PIR shares held. (and PIR seems to be now advancing forward)

7. Directors are buying continuously

8. Low costs of production in Poland.

9. Well off 52 week highs.

10. Located next to Bogdanka Mine and infrastructure.

11. Easy export to European Markets

12. Two other projects. (Poland Coal is the primary focus)


What am I missing?

We need a sentiment which says "curious".
