With the right product in this industry it could easily be monopolized. I've traveled to a lot of nice hotels with garbage entertainment and this is an easy sell.
Also if the product is good enough and starts to become a reason to book accommodation, the industry is small enough that everyone else will just fall in line. Like Hannibal said, it's a very simple model.
