    the initial float price could of been low-ball to begin with, but I doubt that, why would the government allow themselves to be ripped off at the benefit of private and institutional investors. New contracts need to be looked in conjunction with loss/expiration of contracts and efficiency improvements? hrrrmmm don't they need to rebuild half the rail tracks around the part of the world? I think the current sp dizzyness can be explained by the trading methods employed by UBS especially, they hop on board and drive prices up by hitting bids and hope as hell a big buyer gets sucked into it for the dump. They are by no means investors and couldn't care less if they're getting value for money.

    To me about a $2.70 price tag looks right in this market. Since the stock is back into correction mode, I'm looking to cover half the position between $3.15 and $3.25. And the other half between $2.90-$3.
