Yeah Gdoggy I received a similar response from the ASX, honestly we cant be surprised that they wont do anything to assist us, as their rules & regulations allow this.

How is it possible that we have rules in place that require a company to acquire a minimum of 90% ownership to request a delisting from the ASX when all you need to do is acquire 50.1% ownership of an ASX listed company, select your BOD and get your BOD to delist on your behalf............ now if this is remotely allowed to occur then the rules need to be changed now or heads need to roll!

I believe we need to continue pursuing Media and ASIC, ASX are allowing this fiasco and are asleep at the wheel so we shouldn't rely on them for any sign of common sense!
