3. Confirmation where the dividend policy will come from..... DEBT!!!!!!

a few other items that concern me;

4. T Chapman exiting, share sell down
5. PALA exiting; taken the money and run. Might be worth watching where they put there money. Could be the smart one out of this debarcle
6. New projects in their "project pipeline......" material ones

So where to for WDS....

WDS into the sunset? I don't think so. How about the corporate graveyard?

How many more contracts, in their chase for revenues, have they underpriced or promised to deliver technology, which cannot perform? This company books $330m of revenues. If 5% of these revenues have been mis priced, WDS will go broke. Plain and simple. I wouldn't be going any near this company. You'll be lining up behind creditors, claiming 10c in the dollar.
