Agree with you, TU, this dubious part director $2 company take over is a joke, what is a fair valuaton ? what is the China gas tank deal really worth?
what is the national border contract really worth?
now that shareholders have funded all the risk,
they are making sure we will never know what its worth.
Management decide it is a good idea to sell for 10cents just before the real profits appear? Why now? not hard to guess, vote no to the take over and sack the entire board.
