    Auiron Energy ASX:AUY tanked from $1.35 to 3.8c from 2000 to 2003 - two directors of UXA were directors of AUY.

    However, AUY changed name in 2004 to Felix Resources and takeover bid by Yanzhou Coal of China was $18.05 in August 2009 - I say no more.
