If Perpetual were smart enough to be buying at 14c last week, I am sure they wouldn't be complaining. I actually told them to.

SOL have been a major shareholder for a long time now. They know the company and know the value.

What you don't realise is that I have reason to believe IVA were considering selling for 15c last week. They are a shambles - I much prefer to have someone like SOL, who understand the value and need our resources, holding a 22.5% stake than IVA who don't know what they are doing!

I never said SOL was a white knight, but there is no doubt they have picked up the overhang from an otherwise volatile shareholder.
