Cash Cost to SOL - $58,796,860
Cash at Bank EXS last quaterly - $58M

Net cash costs to SOL will be zero, they get all the tenements + wont have to pay Royalty + PLY JV Income.

Smart move, who can blame them.
I bought some EXS today as I can't believe they can get away with this deal, masterstroke if they do, will probably buy some SOL if they pull it off at 19c!
