The plant for the Steel and Acid is nearing completion and soon to be commissioned.

We have NO debt, plenty of money in the bank.

We have multiple corporates interested in the technology for Acid and steel.

We have additional technologies for Tio2, Zinc etc with majors on the backburner.

We have a site identified at Newcastle for Syn Rutile plant which in time in my view be build via a funding partner in a JV

We have base metal prospects and drilling in a couple of weeks.

There is only one negative which when first announced seemed like a huge thorn in our side but on reflection, after research and after "understanding" the thorn is more like a splinter that will take as Benspurgin says 18mths to 2yrs to resolve IF Kronos dont move before hand.

In the interim, there is a plant to complete, income to be earned, contracts to be signed, testwork by others to be completed, JV's to be signed and deals to be done.

For us as shareholders the worst case scanario in two years is that APG has to find $6m (they will probably have $10 or $20m in the bank by then from forward licence agreements etc) and the best reult for us will be Kronos will have to pay APG damages or will have bought us out at a price approved by management.

    Cheers
