the record date for the SPP has not been announced therefore today's buyers get an entitlement to the SPP
if they buy at 10 cents, their average entry will be 7.5 cents after taking up the SPP entitlement
i bought as many as i could at 5 to 6.5 cents, which was not many but i can double up on these at 5 cents
