I take it they are struggling to arrange cash seeing they kept extending spp close date and using joint venture as the reason.
I would much rather take a decent loss and claim it back on my tax then help then raise one more cent.If the company cannot make money for the shareholders with the products they have now and the hype that went with them,They have no right to ask investors to put more money down the drain .
You will also notice that the directors never buy shares directly on the market which shows you how much faith they have in the company and themselves,especially at the price they are.
As far as tv commerical went i think they were advertised to the wrong country,wrong target market and probably the wrong item when you read threads from shareholders looking out for the product placement.
