Investors have been induced to buy shares based upon representations made by the company through its Board of Directors. Dividends and subsequent income have been the main reasons for investment.
These representations have been incompetent, and quite possibly fraudulent. No body can be this far out. They are either stupid beyond belief or first grade crooks.
Nightly, I see the Television Channels having a field day with someone who has taken the savings of a few stupid grandmothers.
I'll bet they hardly cover this scam. Yet thousands of investors have been ripped off.
