Thats a hoot .. they could pay rou your 6 cents, then in so doing sink the company. I think that is the point. The point in which the announcement cleary enunciated.
Whether or not management stuffed up or not, investors over the last 6 months need to gro up & take responsibilty for their own actions/losses. I mean to say, did some of you actually think it was VIABLE to keep paying a 6 cents divvie on a 30 cent stock?
The writing was on the wall yonks ago, a scene played over dozens of times.
Another point, I cant believe anyone would waste their time & resources with a class action. Absolutely flaming ridiculous!!! I could use stronger words, but I would be arrested!
Far better to cash in & spend your time on research to find the best method or stock to recoup your losses. Class actions are for Losers!
No offence meant for anyone who has lost money ... just advice to move on!
Anyway, I took a postion at 20 cents ... I like the chart pattern.
